My Add to Cart button is not working

If you setup a domain name to point to your webstore using Web Forwarding, this can cause significant problems when a customer tries to add an item to the basket and we strongly recommend against it. Instead, please fully point your domain name using DNS management. For more information, please see the Marketing > Domain Name section of the control panel.

If you have not setup a domain name using Web Forwarding but are still experiencing problems when attempting to add items to your basket, please use the Support section of the control panel to contact our Customer Support team.
