I received an Order but can't see it in the Control Panel

If there is a problem with a particular payment for an order, it's possible that the payment processor that was used, such as PayPal or Google Checkout, has not verified the order with us. This can sometimes happen when there was a problem with the payment or a delayed method, such as an eCheque, was used. If you think that a valid order is not appearing in the Ecommerce > View Orders section of the control panel, we first recommend that you simply wait a short while - there can sometimes be a delay before the processor verifies the payment. Then, if it still has not appeared, you should make absolutely sure that you have received the payment, contacting the payment processor to confirm this if necessary.

If the order was paid for using Google Checkout, we recommend that you double-check that the following steps have been carried out:
  • Login to your Google account and visit the Google Account settings page
  • Click on the Settings link next to the Checkout option
  • Click on the My Sales link at the top of the page
  • Click on the Settings tab
  • Select Integration from the options on the left
  • Change the API callback URL to: "https://catch.freewebstore.org/catchgoogle.aspx" (Please note the "s" in "https://")
  • Change the Callback method to "XML"
  • Click Save
  • Select Preferences from the options on the left
  • Ensure that the Automatically authorise and charge the buyer's card option is selected, and click Save Preferences
  • Finally, please ensure that you have verified your bank details with Google
