What are Open Tickets?

An Open Ticket represents an ongoing support request. They are highlighted orange.

To view the details of a Open Ticket, simply click on it in the list and you will be able to see a history of your questions and our support team's replies. You can also reply to the message or add any additional information.

Once a support request has been dealt with, the ticket can be Closed by you in the Support section of the control panel or by a member of our support team.
