How to manage your Cart Saver emails on the Freewebstore platform
Once you have set up your Cart Saver emails you'll then be able to manage them and see all the data about new and existing abandoned carts.
How to Enable & Disable Email 1 & Email 2
Log into your Freewebstore Control Panle.
Go to Orders > Cart Saver.
Click the Email 1 tab.
Check or uncheck the "Enabled" checkbox to enable or disable the email.
This will automatically save.
Click the Email 2 tab.
Check or uncheck the "Enabled" checkbox to enable or disable the email.
This will automatically save.
How to Edit Email 1 & Email 2
Log into your Freewebstore Control Panle.
Go to Orders > Cart Saver.
Click the Email 1 tab.
Click Edit Email.
A pop-up will appear.
You can then your email. If you would like to change your email template click Back to Templates in the top right.
Click Save once you have made your changes.
Repeat for Email 2 in the Email 2 tab.
How to Preview a Cart Saver Email
When previewing a Cart Saver email, we'll show you what it looks like with the settings you currently have selected.
There are two ways to preview an email:
Single Email
Log into your Freewebstore Control Panel.
Go to Orders > Cart Saver.
Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to each pending, sent, clicked, or aborted email in the list.
A pop-up will appear with the preview of the email.
You can then click to see the next email queued.
General
Log into your Freewebstore Control Panel.
Go to Orders > Cart Saver.
Click the Email 1 tab, or click the Email 2 tab to see what they look like.
