Subscription Plan History

A step-by-step guide detailing how to view your plan and subscription history from within your Freewebstore Control Panel.

There may be a number of reasons that you will need to reference the information you can view on various inactive or active plans within your freewebstore control panel.

Here you can view information such as:

• The start date of your current subscription plan.

• The frequency in which your plan renews (monthly or annually).

• The date and cost of your next payment.

• If you are paying for any extra apps.

• Your previous subscription plan transactions and whether they were successful.

How do I view my plan history?

To view your inactive and active plans:

1. Log into your control panel.

2. Click Hey, Your Name in the top right.

3. Click My Account from the dropdown menu.

4. On the My Account page click Billing.

5. A pop-up will appear.

6. Click Plan History.

7. You'll then be able to see a list of all of your past subscriptions.

8. Click View on any plan.

9. This page shows you a list of all your payments on the plan you are viewing. It will also show you what payment method you used, the frequency of payments, and addons & apps.
