This is definitely one of our favorite pages. This page allows you to view your customers browsing habits allowing you to pick up on any places within your store that you could potentially tweak to gain those sought-after conversions.
The activity of your customers will refresh every 10 seconds. Any changes to the location of your customers will show every 10 seconds.
In just a few clicks after signing into your control panel, you can see whether your customers are:
Browsing
At the cart section
Attempting to purchase their cart
You can also see when your customers are inactive (customers are shown as inactive after 30 minutes of inactivity) or they have completed their purchase.
You can make this page a little more interesting by heading to the settings section and changing the sound that plays when a customer has made a purchase. You are also able to edit the avatars (the illustrations that represent each customer) that represent your customers.
Within the main "Cart Activity" panel you will be able to view each action your customer makes and when in real-time (WARNING: This feature can be addictive). To view any individual customer's last actions, simply click on the avatar that represents them and a log of all the actions they have taken while browsing your store will appear underneath.
To get the live cart activity page:
