Order Logs
A step-by-step guide detailing which actions have taken place since an order was taken from within your Freewebstore Control Panel.
You can view all of the log entries for an order since the date the order was placed. The logs for your orders can provide all kinds of useful information such as:
order destination
when you opened and viewed the order
when the confirmation email was sent to your customer
when the notification email got sent to you
when the order was dispatched
To view your order logs:
Login to your Freewebstore Control Panel.
Go to Orders > List All Orders.
View the order you would like to view the Logs for.
You will find the Logs for the order by scrolling all the way to the bottom.
