# FAQ Page

You might find that your customers are asking you the same question over and over and over again. These questions could be compiled together along with the answers to your questions on an FAQ page on your online store.

### Create a FAQ Page on your Freewebstore

1. Log into your Freewebstore account. 
2. Go to **Design > Theme Editor**
3. In the Theme Editor menu, select **Add** > **Page**
4. **Select FAQs**
5. **Choose** from a **selection of templates** provided to you by freewebstore. 

### Edit your FAQ Page

1. Go to **Design > Theme Editor**
2. **Select FAQs** from the **Page Selector drop-down menu** at the top of the screen. FAQs will only appear if you have already created an FAQ page. 
3. The FAQ page should then appear in the main window. 
4. Hover over the page content.
5. Click **Edit**
6. A **menu** will appear on the left-hand side.

### Edit the Format of your FAQ Page

1. Go to the **FAQ Edit menu** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page) 
2. On the Edit Page section, click the **FAQ Settings** Button.

### **Edit the Format of your Group Title** 

1. Go to the **FAQ Settings** section discussed in [Edit the Format of Your FAQ Page](#edit-the-format-of-your-faq-page)
2. Select the **font weight, size and color** you wish to use for your Group Title. 

### Edit the Format of your Group Summary

1. In the **FAQ Settings** section as discussed in [Edit the Format of Your FAQ Page](#edit-the-format-of-your-faq-page)
2. Select the **font size and color** you wish to use for your Group Summary.

### Edit the Format of your FAQ Questions

1. In the **FAQ Settings** section as discussed in [Edit the Format of Your FAQ Page](#edit-the-format-of-your-faq-page)
2. Go to **FAQ Questions**
3. Select the **font size and color** you wish to use for your FAQ Questions. 
4. Click **Save**

### Edit the Format of your FAQ Answers

1. In the **FAQ Settings** section as discussed in [Edit the Format of Your FAQ Page](#edit-the-format-of-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **FAQ Answers**
3. Select the **font size and color** you wish to use for your FAQ Answers.
4. Click **Save**

### Choose a Different Template for your FAQ Page

1. In the **FAQ Settings** section as discussed in [Edit the Format of Your FAQ Page](#edit-the-format-of-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **FAQ Template**
3. Click **Change**
4. **Choose** from the **template options**
5. Click **Select Template**
6. Click **Save**

### **Add Content to your FAQ Page**

**Content** on your FAQ Page **may be organized into groups**. For example, you may wish to organize your FAQ page into sections about Returns, Payment and Delivery. To do this, create a Group for each subject. 

*You must have at least one Group on your FAQ Page. However, you may remove the content of the Group Title or Group Summary if you do not wish to display this content on your page.* 

### Edit a Group Title on your FAQ Page

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. In the **Group Title section,** replace the default text with the **name of your Group Title.** 

### **Edit a Group Summary on your FAQ Page**

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. In the **Group Summary section**, replace the default text with a short paragraph explaining this section. 
4. Click **Save**

### Add a Group to your FAQ Page

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. Click the **"Add Group"** button which appears below your FAQs.
4. Click **Save**

### **Add a Question to your FAQ Page**

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. Click the **"Add Question"** button which appears below your FAQs.
4. Click **Save**

### Delete a Group Title from your FAQ Page

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. In the **Group Title section,** delete the text.
4. Click **Save**

### **Delete a Group Summary from your FAQ Page**

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to **Your FAQs**
3. In the **Group Summary section,** delete the text.
4. Click **Save**

### Delete your FAQ Page

1. In the **FAQ Edit Page** **section** as discussed in [Edit Your FAQ Page](#edit-your-faq-page)
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Click **Delete Page**
4. **Type** in the required content into a text input box
5. Click **Confirm Delete**
