Add a Tracking Code

A step-by-step guide detailing how to add a tracking code to your shipment to your customers from within your Freewebstore Control Panel.

How do I add a tracking code to an order?

To add a tracking code to your shipment that you have received from your chosen courier:

1. Login to your freewebstore control panel.

2. Go to Orders > List All Orders.

3. View the order you wish to delete.

4. On the right of your screen will be a number of panels. Locate the panel labeled Order [ORDER NO]

5. Within the Order panel, you will see an option to Add a tracking code, click Add.

6. You will then see a little window appear asking for the tracking code and the courier supplying the service.

7. When you are happy you have entered the correct details, click Update.
