# Preview Store

You might like to see how your online store looks to your customers, and click around it to test things out. There are two ways to do this on the new design system.

### Open your store in a new tab

1. Log in to your Freewebstore Control Panel.
2. Go to **Design > Preview Store**.
3. Your store opens in a new tab. Navigate around it just as a customer would.

### Preview while you edit

1. Go to **Design > Website Theme**. Your store is shown in the middle of the editor, and you can click around it.
2. To check how it looks on a phone, click the **Mobile preview** icon above your store. Click **Desktop preview** to switch back.
3. To open your store in a new tab, click **Store Preview** above your store.

Changes you make to blocks stay in the editor until you click **Publish**. Your customers won't see them on your live store until then.

### Older designs

If your store still uses one of our older designs:

1. Go to **Design > Theme Editor**.
2. Click the **Preview** button in the top right of the editor.
3. Navigate your online store.

You can also use **Design > Preview Store** to open your live store in a new tab.
