# Search Bar

The search bar allows your customers to perform a quick search of your store. 

### How do I enable/disable the search bar?

1. Log into your control panel.
2. Go to **Design** > **Theme Editor**.
3. Hover your mouse over your search bar in the store preview.
4. Click **Edit**. 
5. A panel will open on the left.
6. Click (check) **Enable Search Bar** or **Disable Search Bar**.
7. Click **Save**.
