# How do I edit the URL of my product

We automatically create a product URL based on your product titles when you list your products.   You may want to change this for SEO purposes, or if you have copied an existing product.

To change your URL:

1. Login to your Freewebstore Control Panel.
2. Go to **Manage > Products > List All Products.**
3. **Edit** the product you wish to change the URL for.
4. Locate the existing URL that appears under your product title
5. Click the **Pencil icon**, and make your changes to the URL
6. Once you are happy, click **Save.**
