# Subscription Plan History

There may be a number of reasons that you will need to reference the information you can view on various inactive or active plans within your freewebstore control panel.

Here you can view information such as:

* The start date of your current subscription plan.
* The frequency in which your plan renews (monthly or annually).
* The date and cost of your next payment.
* If you are paying for any extra apps.
* Your previous subscription plan transactions and whether they were successful.

### How do I view my plan history?

To view your inactive and active plans:

1. Log into your control panel.
2. Click **Hey, *****Your Name*** in the top right.
3. Click **My Account** from the dropdown menu.
4. On the My Account page click **Billing**.
5. A pop-up will appear.
6. Click **Plan History**.
7. You'll then be able to see a list of all of your past subscriptions.
8. Click **View** on any plan.
9. This page shows you a list of all your payments on the plan you are viewing. It will also show you what payment method you used, the frequency of payments, and addons & apps.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.freewebstore.com/my-account/billing/subscription/subscription-plan-history.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
