# How do I turn on/off the Terms and Conditions checkbox on the checkout page?

1. Log in to your Control Panel.
2. Go to the Manage > Pages section.
3. Click on the "Cart" page to edit.
4. You will need to scroll down to the bottom to find the panel labeled "Terms and Conditions Acceptance". Once here, check "No".
5. Save.
