# Changing your Store Name

Your store name is an important part of your store and if you constantly change it, it can affect your SEO rankings. However, if you are looking at rebranding your store, then it can be a staple part of the process.

### How do I change the name of my store?

1. Login to your Freewenstore Control Panel. 
2. Go to the **Settings > Store** section.
3. At the very top of the page, you will see a panel labeled **Store Name.**
4. Simply edit the name you see in the text field.
5. Once you are happy with your new name, click **Update.**

To change the name of your website on the title bar of your web browser:

1. Login to your Freewenstore Control Panel. 
2. Go to **Marketing > SEO.**
3. You will see a panel with three text boxes within it.
4. Simply edit the title field to be the name you want. 
5. When you are happy with your changes, click **Save.**
