Export your Customer Accounts

A simple step-by-step guide detailing how to export your customer records to a CSV file within your Freewebstore Control Panel.

There may come a time where you will need the use of a spreadsheet of your customers and the information that your Freewebstore control panel holds for them. You can do this by generating and downloading a CSV file.

A CSV file is generated automatically by our system and holds valuable information about each of your customers such as:

• Customer ID

• Surname

• Forename

• Email Address

• Address details

• and more...

How do I generate a CSV file of my customers?

To generate and download a list of your current customers:

1. Login to your Freewebstore Control Panel.

2. Go to Orders > Customers.

3. At the top of this page, you will notice an Export button, click this.

4. You will then be taken to a new page, click Export Customers.

5. Confirm Export.
