# Review Invites

### What are Review Invites?

When a customer completes an order on your store, we will automatically queue the customer for a product review invite. After a set amount of days, we'll automatically email the customer asking them to review the products in their order.

### Why would you want to collect Review Invites?

1. Collect more reviews.
2. Reviews are a great way for other customers to see what other people thought about the product they are thinking about buying.
3. The email will bring your customer back to your website. This may indirectly get you more sales.

### FAQs

#### When will my invite be sent?

Look for the **Invite Scheduled** column in the **Invites** tab. This will show you the exact date and time the invite will be sent.

#### I've disabled the feature, why is my invite still scheduled?

Although still scheduled, when we come to automatically send the invite, we'll first automatically check if your feature is enabled or disabled. If disabled, the invite won't be sent and the status will change to **Aborted**.

#### How many days should I set this feature to automatically send my invite?

This depends on how fast you are at shipping. We've set this as 7 days as most stores send their goods within the first day or two of purchase, and the customer should have received their order within this time period. If you have a slow shipping process, you may want to increase this.
