We strongly recommend against setting up a domain name to point to your store using the Web Forwarding method. If you set up a domain name to point to your webstore using Web Forwarding, this can cause significant problems when a customer tries to add an item to the basket. 

Instead, please fully point your domain name using DNS management or transfer your domain name. For more information, please see :
