How do I delete my label?
We understand that sometimes you might purchase a label for your package that may never get sent due to your customer canceling their order. We also understand you testing out the feature just to see how it works. It is simple to delete a label.
All you need to do is send us a ticket via customer support stating that you would like to void a label along with the order number of the order you wish to void a label for. Our friendly team will then void the label and let you know as soon as possible.
We are currently working on a solution at the moment so that you can do this yourself. We will update this article as soon as the Void Label feature has been added.
